In the unlikely event that your product(s) are faulty, or do not adequately match the description of the product, we will gladly refund the total cost of your purchase to you, or send you out a replacement.
If you have a "change of mind" on a purchase, we are happy to exchange the product for another of equal value, up to a period of 21 days after the date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods arrive safely back to us and must be in their original state, unused & undamaged. All exchanges will incur a flat fee of $8.00 for re-postage and handling. We do not provide refunds for "change of mind".
Most of our fabrics & wallpapers are printed to order by local manufacturers. If your order is supplied incorrectly, or is faulty it will be replaced, or we can offer a full refund including any associated costs in returning it to the manufacturer.*Exception to this is the Velvet upholstery fabric: No fabric length less than 5 metres can be accepted for return. Unfortunately this is the manufacturers stipulation that we have to work with.
Commercial Tolerances: The following inconsistancies in colour, weave & print are generally accepted variances within the textile industry, and as such do not attract claims for returns or refunds. Colour variation from sample<5% Shading variations within & between production batches. Bowing & skewing of horizontal weave. Off square print to grain of fabric. Weave irregularities eg minor slubs & yarn width variations. Residual shrinking. Please note: these variances described above are extremely minor in nature and do not affect the overall quality of the product.
Flaws & defects must fall outside the normal industry tolerances-see Commercial tolerances above. Please check your order before the fabric/paper is cut/made up. Claims are not accepted for incorrect fabric or unacceptable flaws once the product has been used. Claims for returns or credits must be made within 5 days from receipt of delivery. Goods must be returned to the manufacturer and inspected before any refunds/replacements/credits can be issued. If your order has been damaged or lost in transit, and this has been verified by the courier, and in the case of transit damage, noted on the courier delivery receipt you signed when accepting the delivery, goods will either be replaced or refunded to you the cost of your order plus shipping. We do not offer returns/refunds for change of mind as most of our fabrics & wallpapers are printed to order. Its best to order a sample first.
